What kind of food is served at Oktoberfest?
Traditional Oktoberfest delicacies such as Brezel (twisted-knot bread), Bratwurst (German specialty sausage), Schnitzel (deep-fried breaded pork cutlet), Hendl (chicken), Schweinebraten (German style roast pork).

What are the opening hours?
12th to 14th September – Thursday and Friday 16-23, Saturday 11:30-16:30 on Saturday Afternoon and 17:30-23:00 on Saturday Evening.

German live music and DJ, dancing on the benches, singing along with thousands of revelers and of course wonderful beer!
What is the age limit for Oktoberfest?
18 and above only this year
Are children not welcome?
We think it´s better as beer is involved to leave kids at home.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, customers’ own food and drinks can not be brought to the Oktoberfest. However, you can buy food and drinks in the tent.
Is there an ATM at Oktoberfest?
Unfortunately, no. But you can pay by card. We accept all major cards except for American Express.
Is there a cloakroom at Oktoberfest?
Yes, there is a cloakroom at the reception. We charge a small fee of £1 per item.
Can the event be sold out?
Yes, it can we advise you to book tickets or show up really early on the day to guarantee entry.
Can I buy tickets at door?
Yes, you can (subject to availability). You find the tickets in the reception just inside the tent
Can I rent Lederhosen and Dirndl at the event?
Yes, you can rent at the rate of £29/costume for the evening. You pay an additional deposit of £21, in case you want later you can keep it or you get the deposit back. This is done at the sovenier shop.
Can I buy souvenir Oktoberfest glasses?
Yes, we have a souvenir shop where you can buy different things from Oktoberfest.
What can I buy from the gift shop?
We have great range of merchandise from clothing (dirndl, lederhosen, socks, hat, etc.) to decorations (flag, display truck, etc.) and souvenirs (glass, mustache, wig, lighter etc.)
Are there any special deals?
Yes, but they are subject to availability and exclusivity.

How do I pay for my tickets?

How does it work after I buy tickets online?
An e-ticket will be sent to you shortly. You have to present the ticket at the event. Alternative you just show you ticket on your mobile than we scan this.
What do I do if I want to add more people to my tickets?
Book under the same name and our system will automatically allocate your seats together. Alternative send us and email with the differnt order ID´s you have after there booking and we seat you all together.
What do I do if I want to sit with my friends who have different tickets?
Contact us via email. I general we can sit your friends with you in the lower ticket, if they have a higher level ticket you need to upgrade to the same as they have.
